"I love organizing and preparing processes, maintaining professional contacts, checking that everything meets or even exceeds expectations, and filling the hotel to capacity. I've been in the hotel business since 1977, and it's still exciting—every day is different, you meet lots of people from different cultures, it's simply unbeatable! I'm really looking forward to working with a great team and all departments to pamper and surprise guests, offering them a home away from home."

“I enjoy working at the Brunnenhof because it is a hotel with heart and soul, where hospitality is still a top priority. I simply enjoy meeting new, friendly people every day at the ”heart" of the hotel and looking after our many lovely regular guests. At the Brunnenhof, we are still able to cater to each guest individually, and everyone works together to ensure that our guests have a special stay. I'm already looking forward to when we can be there for everyone again and I can finally hear life, chatter, and laughter echoing through the rooms."

“I have been working at Brunnenhof for over 40 years, and the well-being of the business is very important to me. I look forward to cooking every day, because cooking is my great passion and I enjoy working with my team.”

I recently completed my training as a chef under Alexander Schuhmacher and Wolfgang Rüb with flying colors. There is no other profession that demands as much from you as cooking. Every plate must be perfect, every step must be precise, and on top of that, you have to constantly know what's coming next for the guest and agree on it every second so that the food is ready at the same time – and finally, the chef's work of art is presented to the guest on a clean white plate. For us chefs, cooking is a kind of charisma, like a dancer in front of an audience. For us, the guest is the audience and we are the choreographers – the dance then takes place on the plate and on their tongue. That's why I love cooking, because there's no other job like it in the world!"

“Being a chef is my dream job because I love the varied and creative work in the kitchen and with food. I really enjoy trying out new dishes with different ingredients. It's great to cook for friends and now also for guests.”

True to the motto “restaurateur with heart and soul,” I grew up in the family hotel and restaurant business. And now, as a forward-thinking and naturally motivated front office manager, I run the reception here at the Best Western Hotel Brunnenhof. Together with my team, I am always striving to achieve the best possible results to satisfy our guests!
